Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 June 2026.

These terms govern use of Quilla Group - Comms at comms.quilla.group, the shared communications layer operated by Unlimited Blanco Ltd, Sucursal en España under the commercial brand Quilla Group. By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account through this service or otherwise using it, you agree to these terms.

The service

Quilla Group - Comms connects Quilla Group products to the Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform. Product applications initiate the shared Meta authorization flow; this domain handles the canonical OAuth callback and webhook paths, stores connections, and routes inbound and outbound message events to the relevant product. It is a component of the Quilla Group products and is provided under the agreement governing those products.

Eligibility and scope

The service is for business use only and requires a WhatsApp Business Account on the WhatsApp Business Platform. It does not connect to personal (consumer) WhatsApp accounts. You must have authority to connect the business number and to act for the organisation on whose behalf you connect.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful messaging and only with the recipients' required opt-in consent.
• Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and applicable law.
• Keep your connecting credentials and account secure, and connect only numbers you are entitled to use.
• Be responsible, as controller, for the lawful basis and content of the messages you send and receive.

Operational commitments

• Meta access tokens are never exposed to the browser; they are encrypted and used server-side only.
• Authorization returns are restricted to whitelisted Quilla product destinations.
• Canonical callbacks and webhooks are served only under comms.quilla.group.
• Connections and data are isolated by tenant and organisation.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service, and may suspend a connection where required for security, legal or platform-compliance reasons. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Message delivery depends on Meta's platform and is outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Blanco Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the competent courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections. Questions about these terms: privacy@quilla.group.
